“Qubus Hotel” Łódź, located in the center of the city and offering 78 well-equipped, air-conditioned rooms.
The hotel is situated at the crossroads of Mickiewicza Avenue and Żeromskiego Street – two main streets of the city, only 5 minutes away of the world famous Piotrkowska Street. In 2008 the hotel was distinguished as the safest building in Łódź and it still keeps the high standard. Apart from the comfortable lodging conditions, the hotel also offers an exquisite seasonal menu of the “Ogień” restaurant. Additionally, it is worth trying the frequently awarded breakfasts comprising over 100 fresh products. Our Guests are also welcome to use a modern conference room, equipped with high quality audio and video appliances.

Dear Sirs,
After 18 years of operating under the name 'Chairconcept.com', the time for change has
come. Our strategy remains the same, namely to serve the hotel furniture market. Since 2015, we
have been dynamically (in cooperation with our sister company "Tossi") developing furniture
production based on furniture boards and wood (furnishings for rooms, reception areas, bars,
lobbies). Increasingly, as a general contractor, we are supervising a wide range of construction,
installation and assembly work, especially in the European Union markets.
We believe that the new logo and name will fully reflect our team's vision for the years to
come.
We would hereby like to inform you that as of 2 January 2024, the company
"Chairconcept.com limited liability company changes its name to: FANDE limited liability
company.
The form of business and other company data, such as address, NIP, REGON and KRS numbers,
remain unchanged
