contract market. Since 2005 we offer comprehensive solutions for hotels, restaurants, pubs, offices and conference centres.

We deliver high quality equipment and versatile solutions tailored to our customers’ specific needs. Our team is ready to adapt designs,
materials and sizes for all products, so that they can suit individual tastes and styles preferred by investors, architects and designers – we make sure that all of our products are in accordance with the budget, quality and chosen date of delivery.

Our furniture can be found in hundreds of cities across Europe. We are proud that some of the most known hotels are using our furniture solutions and to name a few: Marriott, Radisson SAS and Radisson BLU, Hilton and Hilton Double Tree, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Clarion, Best Western, Quality, Choice, Accor, Adagio, Qubus, Steigenberger, Rica, Scandic and many more of non-associated hotels.

Designers and architects entrust us with their ideas and sketches because they know we always give our best and that our production team is a group of highly skilled and experienced specialists. We can also equip hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, cafes and other public spaces based on our own designs or projects if that is the client’s wish.

At our Production Department in Toruń and with the help of our friends AT cooperating companies we have created a unique formula to serve and suport our contract clients in the best possible way. We provide a complex offer of products from furniture boards ( melamine, HPL, MDF (also varnished to a high gloss), furniture with elements made of glass, metal and “solid surfaces” like Corian, Hi-macs, Staron, or stone imitations i.e. quartz granite). Many years of experience and strong business relations with verified and certified suppliers helped us provide our clients with quick and efficient deliveries of products In competitive prices.
We are also proud to own an excellent machinery park where we have CNC machines, edge banding machines, frame saws, HPL surface press, all supported by a professional dust and shavings extraction systems. Our experienced and fully engaged team of specialists is creating and assembling furniture for not only hotel industry but also for cruise chips

Carpentry and upholstery departments offer a wide and flexible range of products and services:

  •  upholstered chairs and armchairs,
  • armchairs and sofas (also with sleep function, sofas prepared for individual requests).

Available frame technologies: solid beech, solid oak, plywood, steel.
Upholstery foams: standard/ mostly highly flexible foams (HR), flame retardant, polyurethane foams formed under pressure.

Me prepare upholstery for our furniture with our own upholstery fabrics, or fabrics and leathers entrusted to us by our clients. We analyse each fabric and prepare it for cutting with great care to make sure that the final products are going to be of the highest quality.

For visible wood elements we can provide a wide range of colours and finishes. In some cases we can prepare and match a suiting varnish for client’s samples.

Wood that we use in our company is checked and verified for its quality, and furniture that we produce in our carpentry department is of the highest durability.

Metal production (i.e.. elements in chrome, copper, and brass, powder coated steel, aluminium, and other alternatives) specialises in creating high Quality frames, countertops, bases and legs for upholstered furniture, and many more individual projects and structures.

Glass processing department can offer a wide range of mirrors, glass bathroom walls, showcases, table tops, coffee tables, and other glass products.

All above mentioned products and items are created based on either our own projects and sketches or on specifications and documents provided by our clients.

Our standard products can be altered according to client’s wishes, we offer many unique solutions and exceptional designs. Our longstanding experience and a well-developed machine park allows us to create products with eye-catching designs and characterised by their high quality and durability.

Sales & marketing

One of our goals is to support our clients with our knowledge and experience from the very first meeting to the last stage of installation.
We pay great attention while quoting a price for a project, we always analyses and check all available possibilities. Our team makes sure that all confidential information is protected and well taken care of from the moment we receive documents to closing the project. It is crucial for us to have an organised and clear communication with our business partners.

During all those years since first starting the company, we have worked with many different clients from many different countries, thanks to which we have developed a strong and reliable logistic service able to realise all projects with highest quality possible.

Project managers are responsible for administrating all orders in such way as to assure a quick and correct realisation while staying in contact with clients and reporting all progress and any necessary information. Thanks to our cooperation with outside designers’ offices, support from our own designers and help from our technicians and engineers, we are able to pick the right and fitting solutions and technologies that will be the most interesting and appealing both visually and financially.

We can realise even the most demanding and complex ideas thanks to our wide range of design services like: designing furniture in AutoCAD, Inventor+Woodworks, Top Solid, Solid Works and creating visualizations of products 3D scenes in – 3ds Max+V-Ray, Intericad, Key Shot and other programs and deliver them to our clients.

Installation & Logistic

Full installation service that we have established throughout Europe by having our own montage/assembly team enables us to realise our projects quickly, accurately and according to specifications. Experienced team of specialists can deal with even the most complicated and complex projects – from disassembly to installation of furniture, floor and electrical connections to even painting and wallpapering. We can also provide our services on renovating floors and stone surfaces.

We offer our customers a full logistic service: delivery, disassembly and assembly of furniture and equipment, and disposal of waste.

Interior design

Working together with the customer , we begin the work on particular project by gathering key information – what surroundings, what general style of architecture and what kind of environment the products will be used in and whether the customer can adapt our products to the architecture, the style of place and people who will be staying at that place.

Dear Sirs,
After 18 years of operating under the name 'Chairconcept.com', the time for change has
come. Our strategy remains the same, namely to serve the hotel furniture market. Since 2015, we
have been dynamically (in cooperation with our sister company "Tossi") developing furniture
production based on furniture boards and wood (furnishings for rooms, reception areas, bars,
lobbies). Increasingly, as a general contractor, we are supervising a wide range of construction,
installation and assembly work, especially in the European Union markets.
